These Terms of Service apply to all purchases and use of the website operated by EB Collective, located at Geurdeland 17 G, 6673 DR Andelst, The Netherlands, and contactable at info@matildasydney.com.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Applicability

These Terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made with EB Collective.
 Any deviations are only valid if confirmed in writing by EB Collective.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. Minor variations or typographical errors may occur.
 Images are for illustrative purposes only and do not create binding obligations.
 EB Collective reserves the right to modify or remove products, prices, or descriptions at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are processed once full payment has been received.
 All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
 Any import duties, taxes, or local charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

EB Collective reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of suspected inaccuracy, fraud, or unauthorised payment.

4. Processing and Delivery

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Estimated delivery: 7–20 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance

  • Shipping origin: Orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China

Delivery times are indicative only and not guaranteed.
 EB Collective is not liable for delays caused by customs inspections, couriers, or circumstances beyond our control.
 Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details are complete and accurate. Reshipment costs due to incorrect address details are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Returns and Cancellations

Returns and cancellations are handled exclusively in accordance with our Refund Policy available on our website.
 For faulty or incorrectly delivered products, statutory consumer rights apply.
 In all other cases, return shipping costs are entirely borne by the customer.

6. Risk and Liability

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order has been delivered or when the carrier confirms delivery.

EB Collective is not liable for:

  • Loss or delay occurring after transfer to the shipping carrier;

  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received;

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits;

  • Loss or additional costs arising from incomplete or incorrect address information.

In any case, EB Collective’s total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

7. Warranty

Products are supplied to meet reasonable standards of quality and usability.
 Minor colour or size variations do not constitute defects.
 Damage resulting from improper use or insufficient care is excluded.
 Statutory consumer rights remain applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

All text, images, logos, and other content on the website are the property of EB Collective or its suppliers.

No material may be copied, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.

9. Force Majeure

EB Collective is not obliged to fulfil any obligation if prevented from doing so by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, war, transport delays, or technical disruptions.

10. Complaints

Complaints can be submitted via info@matildasydney.com.
 EB Collective aims to respond within 5 business days.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
 Mandatory consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), remain applicable for Australian customers.
 Any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in The Netherlands.

12. Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.
 EB Collective reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The latest version is always available on our website.
